All new students must complete a health questionnaire before attending their first class.
If you are pregnant, have an injury, or a serious medical condition, please consult your doctor before participating and inform the instructor before class begins.
Your safety is our priority. Please practise with care and respect your limits.
Before Class
Avoid eating large meals 2ā3 hours before class. If needed, opt for a light snack such as fruit or vegetables.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
Mats are available, but feel free to bring your own.
Arrival & Conduct
Please arrive early and on time to respect your fellow students and the class environment.
Switch your phone to silent upon entering and speak quietly while in the studio.
Practice at your own pace and listen to your body.
Instructors reserve the right to refuse class entry to anyone who is:
Disrespectful to others
Not following safety guidance
Causing unnecessary pain or discomfort
Health & Safety Final Relaxation (Savasana)
Savasana is the most important pose of the class. We kindly ask everyone to stay until the end.
If you must leave early, please do so before Savasana to avoid disrupting othersā relaxation.
šļø Studio Cancellation Policy
Drop-In Classes & Class Passes Return Policies
Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.
Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-sharable, and non-transferable to other persons.
1-to-1 Private Sessions
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be fully charged
Missed sessions are non-refundable
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time
Workshops
21+ days prior to workshop: Full refund
8ā20 days prior: Partial refund (subject to a 20% administration fee)
7 days or fewer: No refund
Missed workshops are non-refundable
