STUDIO POLICY

ATTENDING CLASSES

 

All NEW STUDENTS are required to fill out a yoga health questionnaire prior to participating in the first class.

Anyone with serious medical conditions or injuries should consult a doctor prior to participating in a yoga class. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have any injuries or medical history prior to the start of class.

Most people find it uncomfortable to practice yoga if they eat a big meal 2-3 hours before the class. If that is not possible, small amounts of food or light snacks are advised to be consumed instead (e.g. fruit or vegetables).

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.

There are mats available in a studio, however if you have a yoga mat you may want to bring one with you to class.

Please arrive early and be on time for class.

Please silence your phone whenever entering the studio and use a quiet voice when you are here.

Students are encouraged to work on their bodies and minds in their own way and speed.

A teacher may refuse an access to the class to a person who may be disrespectful to others or somebody who does not follow safe instructions from a teacher and cause himself or herself unnecessary pain or discomfort while attending class.

Final relaxation is the most important pose of all and I would ask everyone attending to stay till the end of class. If you REALLY need to leave the class early, please do so before SAVASANA begins to minimize any noise or disruption of others’ final relaxation experience.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

DROP IN CLASSES AND CLASS PASSES RETURN POLICIES

 

Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable.

Class Passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-sharable, and non-transferable to other persons.

 

1 TO 1 PRIVATE CLASSES CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 

Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 48 hour notice.

Absence to a private session is non-refundable.

If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time.

 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

 
Cancellations 21 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 8-20 days before the workshop will receive a partial refund (20% administration fee).

Cancellations 21 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 or less days before the workshop are non-refundable.

Absence to a workshop is non-refundable.
