Mind & Body Flex has been teaching yoga since 2014 and meditation since April 2022. Therefore, facilitating hands-on and/or distant reiki and sound healing from 2018.
Hi, I'm Justyna
Mind & Body Flex facilitated theme-orientated yoga classes and workshops for students from the ages of 13-65. For instance, taught at conferences and yoga retreats while travelling around the world. Run workshops and yoga relaxation sessions for the University students. Instructed Yoga of 12-Step Recovery classes. In addition, offering free yoga classes from September 2018-April 2020.
Facilitated hands-on and distant reiki, and sound healing sessions. These took place in Canada, the USA, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina during the worldwide adventure. I recently completed a Meditation Teaching Corse with Swami Saradananda.
Justyna is a self-motivated, energetic and conscientious individual with a focussed mindset. A passionate yoga practitioner who strives to teach with kindness, compassion and laughter. Possess confident, pleasant and articulate communication skills. Above all, can relate to people on all levels. Strives to show others that yoga can be a medicine-free exercise. Yoga can be fun-filled with new experiences. Teaches how to deal with stress efficiently. How to breathe, how to be in a moment, and how to accept yourself as a worthy human being.
First, I would love to share my Hatha yoga practice so I can help you get stronger mentally and physically. To be more flexible and to be truly in a moment while allowing the mind and the body to relax in Savasana. Final relaxation pose, also known as the Corpse Pose.

What Do I Love?
I certainly love to giggle.
Love nature and explore the world while meeting incredible people. I successfully climbed to Kilimanjaro in 2015. That is to say, was one of the most extraordinary spiritual experiences I have ever had.
April 2020 was the date when I returned from a 20-month worldwide solo journey. As a result, I changed profoundly on a spiritual, emotional and physical level.
What is my favourite quote?
‘Feel the fear and do it anyway’ by Suzan Jeffers.

What Can You Expect In My Classes?
During my classes, you can certainly expect understanding and freedom to be yourself. I adjust to my students. Therefore, I like to combine elements of breathing and cleansing exercises, physical movements, and relaxation techniques. Last, welcome and treat anyone equally, regardless of who they are or how long they have been practising yoga.
Be assured, the teaching place is free of judgement, jealousy, anger, hate and competition. I encourage my students to let go of expectations. It’s my role as a teacher to guide you. Just come along and try it.

How Did It All Begin?
First, I used to be very competitive and attended a variety of high-intensity classes. One day I wanted to try a yoga class. To sum up, I had no expectations, although I was pretty sceptical. During the class, my inflexibility horrified me. There was certainly no flow or gentleness in my movements. However, the relaxation at the end of the class was so wonderful because it allowed me to calm my mind. I let go of the expectations and gave myself permission to rest.
That was the beginning of my yoga encounter. I never looked back. Although I started yoga purely to stretch my physical body, over the years, I learnt more. About myself and other non-physical elements of yoga. The discovery never ends. It goes on and on and that is exactly what I love about yoga. For instance, as a teacher, I am constantly learning something new from others. My students are my BEST teachers.
