About Mind & Body Flex
Who are we?
Mind & Body Flex has been teaching yoga since 2014 and meditation since April 2022. Additionally, we have been offering hands-on and remote Reiki, as well as sound healing, since 2018.

Hi, I'm Justyna
Mind & Body Flex has facilitated theme-oriented yoga classes and workshops for students aged 13-65. I have had the privilege of teaching at conferences, yoga retreats, and workshops worldwide, including countries like Canada, the USA, Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina. Additionally, I led Yoga of 12-Step Recovery classes and ran yoga relaxation sessions for university students. From September 2018 to April 2020, I also offered free yoga classes as part of a community outreach program.
I have facilitated hands-on and distant Reiki sessions, along with sound healing, and recently completed a Meditation Teaching Course with Swami Saradananda.
I am a self-motivated, energetic, and conscientious individual with a focused mindset. As a passionate yoga practitioner, I strive to teach with kindness, compassion, and a sense of humor. I believe in the power of yoga to provide a medicine-free path to physical and mental wellness. I help my students manage stress, cultivate mindfulness, and embrace self-acceptance.
My goal is to share the benefits of Hatha yoga, helping you become stronger both mentally and physically. I aim to guide you toward greater flexibility, while also offering a space for your mind and body to relax in Savasana—the final relaxation pose, also known as the Corpse Pose.

What Do I Love?
I certainly love to giggle and find joy in the little moments. Nature is my sanctuary, and I’m passionate about exploring the world while meeting incredible people along the way. One of the most profound experiences of my life was successfully climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in 2015—an unforgettable spiritual journey.
In April 2020, I returned from a 20-month solo journey around the world. That time away led to a profound transformation—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
My favorite quote:
“Feel the fear and do it anyway” – Suzan Jeffers

What My Clients Say About Mind & Body Flex

What Can You Expect In My Classes?
In my classes, you can always expect understanding and the freedom to be yourself. I adapt to each student, ensuring that the practice is inclusive and accessible. I love combining elements of breathing and cleansing exercises, physical movements, and relaxation techniques to create a balanced experience.
I welcome everyone and treat all students equally, regardless of their background or how long they’ve been practicing yoga.
Rest assured, my classes are free of judgment, jealousy, anger, hate, or competition. I encourage you to let go of expectations and simply show up as you are. It’s my role as a teacher to guide you, so just come along and give it a try.
What if you love it?
Always consult your doctor before starting any new treatment or practice if you have any doubts.
How Did It All Begin?
I used to be really competitive and stuck to high-intensity classes. But one day, I decided to try yoga. Honestly, I had zero expectations, and I was pretty skeptical. During the class, my inflexibility hit me like a ton of bricks, I definitely wasn’t flowing or moving with any grace. But the relaxation at the end was amazing. It helped me calm my mind and I realized I didn’t have to do anything—just let go of expectations and give myself permission to rest.
That was the start of my yoga journey, and I haven’t looked back since. While I began yoga just to stretch my body, over the years, I’ve learned so much more, about myself and all the non-physical aspects of yoga. The learning never stops, and that’s exactly what I love about it. As a teacher, I’m always learning from others, too. My students? They’re my BEST teachers.
