I am a formally trained and qualified Hatha Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance UK accredited), Reiki Facilitator and Sports Massage Therapist (Active IQ Level 3 Diploma UK accredited).
The classes are carefully customized according to your physical and psychological needs and individual conditions, and are taught in a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental environment to make you feel secure and protected.
